Gluten Free Bisquik and a Giveaway! ****Giveaway Closed*****

Betty Crocker was so generous to send me a box of gluten free Bisquick to try out.  They were even more generous to my readers in that they are offering one to you too!

I simply love this stuff.  It made my life so much easier in preparing a quick meal for Logan.  Biscuits were sooooo easy to whip up in mere minutes. Logan had potpie for the first time since there was a fabulous recipe right on the box.  Yay!  This stuff is going to make my gluten free holiday cooking rock this year.

Who wants to win a prize pack like the one shown above?  You get the coveted Bisquick, a pancake pen which is awesome for filling cupcake liners, and a cast iron pancake pan with flipper. How fantastic is that?
I'm even gonna make it easy for you.  Leave for a comment with your favorite use for Bisquick. I'll draw a number on Friday!  Good luck!

I received the above prize pack from Betty Crocker  in order to review.  All the opinions are  mine.

When I heard about this new product I rushed out to get it and made the whole box. 1st night we just ate biscuits with honey and butter then the next night we had them with a creamed beef gravy and sadly that was the end of the biscuits. so happy I can find this at my local stores.

Pancakes. Love the pancakes made with Bisquick. Also the waffles were great so light and crispy. I have been reliving my childhood only this time in GlutenFreeVision.

I also made biscuits with my first box of GF Bisquick. It was the first time in six years that I could enjoy biscuits.

Having leftover biscuits, I cut sliced the biscuits in thirds so they looked like little round discs. I toasted them and topped them with tuna fish salad.

We love to use it for pancakes, fry bread but also for coating fried chicken. And Belgian waffles are scrumptious too. My next baking adventure will be to try it to make some dinner rolls, bread and muffins with it.

Pick me! PICK ME! Before GF, I liked to make a coffee cake and pancakes and biscuits with Bisquick. I haven't tried the GF version, yet.

I used it to make a whole dinner the other day, I breaded my chicken with it, made biscuits with it and then used the left overs to make almond milk gravy n to go over the mashed potatoes and corn on the cob with it and there was enough left over food for lunch the next day. So one box fed a family of 5 for dinner and lunch. My not gluten free husband loves pancakes made from this, but won't eat them made from other gf mixes. One thing that really made it better was to go ahead and mix it with shortening(I used spectrum shortening) as soon as I got it, because classic bisquick already has shortening mixed in. I mixed 8 cups of bisquick to one cup of shortening.

My Bisquick favorite would have to be the impossible pies. I would love to whip up a batch of Cheeseburger Pie. Oh so bad, yet oh so yummy. Lots of fond memories.

I couldn't believe when I came to your site that you have this giveaway. I just heard about Bisquick making a gluten free version today. So excited to make biscuits, pancakes, etc...

I used to make the chicken tenders recipe listed on the back of the original Bisquick box. No other baking mix tastes quite the same. I can't wait to try this one!

I love the GF Bisquick. My family and I have tried a few different GF all purpose flours, and so far this gets the votes hands down. I'd be in complete heaven if it could be made Feingold Approved. We've made pancakes, Cheeseburger pie, and now will be tackling biscuits for tomorrow's Thanksgiving dinner...with mixed company. Meaning Everyone whether they are on a GF diet or not will get to enjoy them at our house. :D

We used the Bisquick to make cornbread for the stuffing, biscuits, and pumpkin pie crust . . . today I recycled the leftover biscuits by making meatballs! YUM!

We tried gluten free bisquick and were shocked at how good it was. It made crispier waffles, which is just how we like them.

My 3-year-old son had severe eczema until he was diagnosed with food allergies a few months back. I have a blog that shares our family’s battles with eczema, allergies, and asthma (yes, lucky guy has that too).

I think the key is to learn from one another, so the more information out there to the masses, the better. With this in mind I’ve started a blog hop for anyone dealing with allergies, eczema, or asthma, either for themselves or as a caregiver. If you’re interested in joining, please add a comment. I’d love to welcome you to the group. http://itchylittleworld.wordpress.com/blog-hop/

Thanks.
